By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. If you are under 18, you may order only with a parent or guardian handling the payment and the account.
Every piece is screen printed on cotton. Print placement is not identical across pieces. Two pieces of the same design will look slightly different from each other. This is part of how the product is made, not a fault.
Colours on your screen may not match the fabric exactly. Phones and laptops all show colour differently.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
Prices can change at any time. The price shown when you place the order is the price that applies.
Payment is taken through a secure payment gateway. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
If a price or product detail is shown wrongly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order is a request to buy. It is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation. Until then we may refuse or cancel any order, including where stock has run out, payment has failed, or the order looks fraudulent.
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by writing to info@haadoti.com. Once dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
We do not offer refunds on delivered orders. We offer exchange and replacement only. Full details are on our Exchange & Replacement Policy page. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted this.
The HAADOTI name, logo, prints, artwork, photographs, videos, product names and website copy all belong to us and are protected by law.
You may not copy, reprint, resell, or use any of it to make or sell products. You may not use our images to run your own listings or advertisements. Doing so is theft of design and we will act on it.
Buying a piece gives you the piece. It does not give you any right over the print.
Do not try to break into the site, scrape it, upload harmful files, or place fake orders. Do not post abusive or false content in reviews or comments.
We are responsible for delivering the product you paid for, in good condition. We are not responsible for loss beyond that, such as indirect loss, lost profit, or delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or anything outside our control.
Where the law allows a limit, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Our site may link to other websites, such as social platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their policies.
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted. Please check this page from time to time.
These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
